MENGENALI GEJALA SHOPAHOLIC

Berbelanja itu menyenangkan bagi kebanyakan orang karena bisa menjadi cara melepaskan diri dari kejenuhan menjalani rutinitas. Tapi, jika belanja sudah membuat seseorang kecanduan, hati-hatilah, karena itu berarti ada yang tidak beres dengan kondisi psikisnya.  
Anda pernah melihat orang yang merasa dirinya harus belanja setiap saat, dan setelah memborong hampir seluruh isi toko sampai di rumah belanjaan itu kadang hanya disimpan begitu saja di lemari tanpa dibongkar, seolah tak ada bekas sedikit pun gairahnya yang tadi menyala-nyala saat di pertokoan?

Seorang anak mengeluh pada ayahnya mengenai kehidupannya dan menanyakan mengapa hidup ini terasa begitu berat baginya. Ia tidak tahu bagaimana menghadapinya dan hampir menyerah. Ia sudah lelah untuk berjuang. Sepertinya setiap kali satu masalah selesai, timbul masalah baru.
